Job Purpose: To plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care in conjunction with Clients. To ensure Client’s retain their dignity and individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the Nursing Home. To maintain a safe and secure environment for Clients, relatives and visitors.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Working towards or having N/SVQ Level 3
- Genuine interest in, and experience of working with, the relevant Client group
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team Player
- Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes
- Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable)
Desired:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience / Qualification is the Safe Handling of Medicines
Job Purpose: To assist in the provision of care and work as part of a Team to achieve required standards. To ensure Client’s retain their dignity and individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the Nursing Home.
